How an administrator comports himself important

Scott Moulder went to work for Oconee County in 2010.  The years since have proved that he was successful closing the revolving door of Oconee County administrators.  Considering that a county administrator some times can’t please his immediate employers, the county county council, or satisfy those he serves, the general public.  Moulder told the Walhalla Rotary Club that he made it a point to be approachable.  And that’s why for the first couple of years, Moulder occupied the office at the first main entrance to the county administrative complex.  He said he wanted to be easily accessible to visitors and, when possible, help them with their needs and problems.  That’s partly why one time Moulder pushed a wheelchair and its occupant down a hallway.
