Humane Society fundraiser next week

The guests who have tickets to a Keowee Key luncheon next week are going to hear from an author about the book published this month.  Karen White, author of “Flight Patterns,” will speak during Wednesday’s fundraising luncheon at the activity center at the Keowee Country Club.  The book has been described as a tale about family relationships and their secrets, the habits of bees and Limoge China.  A portion of the sales of White’s book are going to benefit the Oconee Humane Society.
