Incumbents are in the fold

Two Walhalla councilmen are bidding for re-election.  David Underwood qualified this morning and Tjay Bagwell on Friday.  Three council seats are available in this year’s election, November 3.  The deadline for all municipal candidates–in Salem, Walhalla, and Westminster–is noon on Friday.
