“Neither rain, nor snow, nor darkness of night” applies to the U-S Postal Service, and a rural Oconee carrier tells us he and his colleagues are endeavoring to deliver the mail today. He asks that everyone be patient and especially careful in and around the frequent mail stops the carriers make. The particular carrier we spoke to faces an arduous task today. He was delivering mail up highway 76.
