Jacobs Road to close for RR repairs

February 4, 2013

An emergency road closure tomorrow will affect Jacobs Road in Oconee County and other roads that feed it. An announcement from the Oconee Emergency Services says immediate, required railroad crossing repairs will close Jacobs Road off U-S 123 between Seneca and Clemson from 9:30 a-m to 4 p-m tomorrow. Affected also will be traffic accessing Jacobs from Hart’s Ridge Drive, Hart’s Cove Way, and Kings Point Drive. The closing means no ingress or egress by vehicles using Jacobs Road during the six and a half hour period.
