Salem, SC – James Seaborn Towe, 88, husband of the late Mona Dyar Towe, of 721 Stamp Creek Rd, Salem, SC passed away Tuesday, September 09, 2014 at his residence.

Graveside services will be conducted at 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Oconee Memorial Park in Seneca.
