Jason Patrick Smith, 47, 157 Courtenay Smith Dr., passed away Saturday, September 7, 2013.

The services will be held from 4-9 PM, Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Jason’s residence.

The family will hold a private service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Walhalla Veterinary Clinic, 314 S. Hwy 11, West Union, SC 29696.

Sandifer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
