Joanie Bruce success story

Recently, Joanie Bruce “rang the bell” at the Oconee-Pickens Vocational Rehabilitation office to signify her success in achieving employment. Bruce was hired as a cook at Chili’s Too on the Clemson campus. The team at Vocational Re-hab helped Bruce gain a full understanding of the occupational options and helped her map a path to reach her goal. She took classes in work etiquette, budgeting, job search, and resume’ writing. South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department is a state agency that prepares and assists eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment.
