West Union, SC — Johnny Otis Smith, 71, husband of the late Judy Medlin Smith of 451 Fowler Road, West Union passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at the 2:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Oconee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 PM on Monday, December 22, 2014 prior to the service

The family is at the home of his sister; Sharon R. Smith, 453 Fowler Rd., West Union.
