Joseph “Joe” A. Tinoco

Joseph A. Tinoco, 84, of 316 Ravens View Drive, Seneca died Saturday at GHS Cottingham Hospice House.  The funeral will be 11 am Tuesday at Davenport Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place at 11 am Wednesday at M-J “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson.  The family receives friends from 6-8 pm Monday at Davenport Funeral Home.
