Judge approves trial delay

The case alleging cocaine trafficking topping this week’s trial docket in Oconee General Sessions Court has been continued to another court term.  Judge Culbertson made the decision during pre-trial motions yesterday in Walhalla.  The defendant, an Atlanta, Georgia area man, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and trafficking in cocaine 100-200 grams.  Assistant Solicitor Beth Blundy said she hopes to re-call the case to trial in January.
