Judy Caywood explains why she loves Westminster

Judy Caywood says a small town atmosphere, reminiscent of the past, was a big reason she was attracted to Westminster and why she bought a home there.  And she wanted the Westminster City Council to know, “I’m living proof you can sell a house in Westminster.”  Caywood, who lives on Retreat Street, told the mayor and council this week she is working with two realtors to gather information that she predicts will show home sales in her neighborhood are robust.  Caywood said her purpose in speaking at this week’s city council meeting was to offer a different viewpoint than the one her city has heard in recent months.  She acknowledges electric power bills are high, but she doesn’t believe Westminster’s problems are anywhere near the level that people don’t want to live there anymore.
