Judy Hines and Vickie Towe are the candidates

Salem has set the field for a special town council election.  On April 11, Salem will ask its voters to trek to the Salem Community Center to fill a vacancy on the four-member council.  At the deadline Friday, the candidates were Judy Hines and Vickie Towe.  Hines and Towe seek to fill the unexpired term created by the recent death of Lorenia Lee.
