Julian Davis makes Pioneer Rural Water statement

Julian Davis made a lengthy statement about the Pioneer Rural Water treatment plant project before he and his colleagues convened a private meeting Friday afternoon.  Davis’s statement reflected his thoughts as a county councilman and as a retail customer of the water district.  Excerpts of that statement are airing today on 101.7/WGOG NEWS.
