WEST UNION – Karrie Dale Nichols, 19, of 126 Jefferson Road passed away April 17, 2013 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held at 4 PM, Sunday, April 21, 2013 from the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in West View Cemetery, West Union.

The family will receive friends 6 – 8 PM, Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the funeral home.
