Lake Hartwell’s wettest October in 67 years!

If you harbored doubts about the wet weather predictions by climatologists from the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, October rain washed them away.  Each of the sub-basins managed by the Army Corps of Engineers received more than double their average, with Lake Hartwell leading the way with nearly nine inches.  This was Lake Hartwell’s wettest October in 67 years.  The same climatologists expect above-average precipitation and blow average temperatures to begin in December.
