Lakefront property changes hands in Seneca

Bank-held commercial property has changed hands on the 123 By-Pass in Seneca.  The property has been described as Lots 1-10 in the Northwest Point subdivision.  Portions of the property touch Lake Keowee.  According to City Hall, the property is zoned highway commercial.  Legal documents show the deal involved the Bank of America as the seller and a Tiger Boulevard LLC—Kishyam—as the buyer.  The transaction price was $350 thousand.  The deal was recorded March 14 in the office of the Oconee Register of Deeds.
