Large truck “hung up” on SC 28

Once again a large truck, this time a concrete truck, has “hung up” at the hill on  the Frontage Road entrance to SC 28 across the entrance to Oconee Memorial Hospital.  The Seneca police say a wrecker is on the scene, attempting to dislodge the truck.  Meantime, traffic should be careful in that victinity. Capt. Robert Tribble says the reason so many large trucks get caught there is that their GPS systems lead them there.
