Leadership Oconee to beautify Westminster

This year’s Class of Leadership Oconee has its assignment.  Applause rang out last night when the Westminster City Council and Leadership Oconee reached agreement on allowing class members to landscape and create art at the downtown corner of Retreat and Main streets.  Jennifer Moss, who made the presentation, invited the mayor and council to be present at groundbreaking for the project Saturday morning, April 9.
