Library Board once again tries to re-group

At their meeting, Oconee library trustees focused again on how they re-group in the aftermath of the defeat of last year’s 1-cent capital projects referendum. Last night they wondered aloud if county workers can build a new office building at the South Cove Park, can those same workers build new library facilities?
