Literary Festival Coming to Clemson

Clemson University’s Literary Festival begins Wednesday and the university will welcome a special guest at a Thursday reading. Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jennifer Egan will be the featured author at Clemson University’s sixth annual Literary Festival April 3-7. Egan will give a reading at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at the Alumni Center. Egan is the author of “A Visit From the Goon Squad,” which won both the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award in 2011. The Literary Festival will host a number of other award-winning authors in the Downtown Reading Series.
