Man arrested worked at school in dual role

The man police arrested Monday on the charge of criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree worked at Walhalla High School in a dual capacity. Dr. Michael Thorsland, county superintendent, said Terrence Tremayne Galloway worked as a custodian who also was an assistant football coach. But Thorsland said Galloway, a 23-year old Pendleton resident, is no longer an employee of the district. Police Chief Ronald Willbanks said the arrest was made based on an investigation that alleges Galloway had sexual contact and communication with a 15-year old female student at the school.
