Manholes to be replaced on Wells Highway

June 3, 2014

At a cost of $85 thousand, 14 manholes are to be replaced on the Wells Highway near Seneca—from Friendship Road to the vicinity of the county Solid Waste complex. The Joint Regional Sewer Authority approved the project last night, after Executive Director Bob Winchester blamed a sulfuric acid for severely deteriorating the manholes’ concrete.
