Martin is Kelley’s interim replacement

The Oconee County administrator, Scott Moulder, has confirmed the departure of long-time county engineer Mack Kelley, saying Kelley resigned in early January with the intention to seek work elsewhere.  Moulder says for now, Kelley’s duties are being handled by Rick Martin, the manager of the county Rock Quarry.  Kyle Reid remains number two in charge of the county’s road and transportation program.
