Might Walhalla resemble Clover?

At first glance, this might look like downtown Walhalla with the middle of the street fire hydrants, as part of the Streetscape project.  But it’s not.  In fact, it’s the main street in the small York County town of Clover, just south of the North Carolina line.  Walhalla’s idea for middle of the street hydrants, to give fire fighters access to water in the event of a fire on either side of the street, may have emanated from Clover whose downtown has trees and vegetation on Main Street islands.
