Missing teenager located

A missing Westminster teenager has been located.  The Sheriff’s Office announced last night that Kaleb Isaac Randall was located and is in a safe location, which has been verified by a deputy from the Uniform Patrol Division.  The 16-year old boy had been last seen Friday afternoon at an address on Commercial Circle.
