Money sources take shape for Walhalla water project

Walhalla Mayor Edwards was short on details, but he said today “financial sources” to help the city pay for its water project are coming into place.  “We’ve got a couple of options,” the mayor told the Rotary Club.  He referred to securing Walhalla’s future supply as a huge undertaking and did not rule out that his city might wind up buying water from Seneca.
