Most South Carolina roads are dry this morning, but the DOT cautions the driving public that secondary roads are still covered with snow or ice, as temperatures fell below freezing for the entire state. Travel on secondary roads is liable to be treacherous in sections and is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. Charleston’s Ravenel Bridge remains closed.
