Moulder urges patience

Years in the making, the system that promises high-speed service to the worldwide web in Oconee County will require a few more months—–and some patience, in the estimation of the county administrator. Scott Moulder, in an interview, said Oconee FOCUS Broadband is still under construction. “The system will ultimately will be live, if you will, by the end of the summer. That system will allow ISPs, Internet Service Providers, to access to the system.” As part of the interview airing on 96.2/WGOG NEWS, Moulder dismisses talk that the county is dragging it feet.
