Multiple charges against a second family member

 An Oconee man wanted on outstanding warrants was arrested by a sheriff’s deputy this week during a traffic stop that was part of a routine road patrol on highway 24. Warrants against Jesse Logan Waters accuse the 37-year old Westminster area resident of unlawful neglect of a child. Waters was also charged with traffic violations and drug charges. Arrest warrants issued February 6 accuse Waters of exposing a five-year old girl and a 10 and 14 year old male to methamphetamine. He’s also accused of selling meth. Waters’ wife, Anita Crystal Waters, was arrested February 7 on warrants charging unlawful neglect of a child.
