Murals to adorn wall at water plant

Two artists are being recognized by Seneca for the murals they will affix to the wall in the atrium of the city’s re-built water plant at Normandy Shores.  The city decided that the long wall in the atrium of the new building needs to depict the local education and history.  So, the idea of a contest was born.  At last night’s council meeting, utilities superintendent Bob Faires announced that Jim Jurris and Donna Bradley are going to share the $1,500 prize money for their work.
