Former Westminster supermarket to be a musical venue. The vision of Ray Burroughs and local musical artists has succeeded in the conversion of a former Westminster Winn-Dixie into a 250-seat venue for performances by a variety of artists. It’s called the Westminster Music Hall, at 101 W. Main Street. And, on the night of Thursday, October 24, at 6:30, the chamber of commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting.
