New jobs coming to NE Georgia county

Yesterday Oconee announced a new job-creator for the Seneca area. Today it’s nearby Hart County, Georgia that’s in line for new jobs. The Georgia Department of Economic Development announces that Field Service Engineering is moving its corporate headquarters from Oakland County, Michigan to a new building in the Gateway Industrial Park, at exit 177 on I-85. The company is adding 50 more positions to its current 30-person workforce in Hart County, which will bring its total number of employees to 80 when full operations are reached by 2015. Field Service Engineering is expanding services to the region’s automotive industry. It also supports non-auto makers, as well as companies in the logistics and medical field.
