New tenant for the Seneca Commerce Center

A new tenant has been announced for the Seneca Commerce Center, the former Pro Pex plant. According to the city of Seneca, BorgWarner has agreed to lease about 100 thousand square feet within the building. Besides BorgWarner, other tenants of the building are Johnson Controls, Altera Polymers, and the Seneca Electric Bus Division, featuring buses made by Proterra. Seneca bought the former textile plant building in 2012, and since then has developed the city’s first industrial park.
