New theory on pool vandalsim

One police officer admits it’s a theory that has not been discounted. But, unless proved otherwise, Capt. Paul Harris says, the police are proceeding with the belief that what happened was a case of vandalism, and they continue to request the public’s help with information that will solve the case.
