Next AARP safe driver course May 22

All drivers, no matter their skills behind the wheel, probably can benefit from a new Smart Driver course offered by the AARP, the American Association of Retired Persons. It is designed especially for senior adults, but can benefit drivers of any age. The next course in our area will be Friday, May 22. Safe driving can save you money. South Carolina auto insurers give discounts for three years for those who take the class. This next class, at Clemson’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Patrick Square, once again will be taught by Harry Wertheimer, and enrollment is open now. To register, email [email protected] or call 864/944-5224. The classroom course is priced at $15 dollars for AARP members and $20 dollars for non members.
