A S.C. Education Lottery winner’s first act as a millionaire was to change his phone number. The Chester man won $2 million playing Powerball and declined to release his name. His identity remains a mystery even to the clerks at the Pantry Express. For selling the winning number, Pantry Express #430 received a commission of $20 thousand.
