No significant problems reported

May 28, 2013

Though the crowds were large for the Charlie Daniels Band concert Saturday in Seneca, there were no significant problems with that crowd or the traffic—in the estimation of the city police. Six arrests were made—three for public disorderly conduct and one each for open container, theft of a purse, and possession of a controlled substance. At this time, the police say, they have no suspects in the theft of a Macbook computer valued at $900 taken when someone entered through the sunroof of a vehicle parked at the old city swimming pool.
