Non-citizens on terrorist screening database should be expelled, Duncan says

If you find yourself on the U-S terrorist screening database, South Carolina’s 3rd District congressman wants you out of the country.  Rep. Jeff Duncan announced he introduced the Terrorist Deportation Act in the House of Representatives.  The bill makes any non-citizen on the terrorist screening database ineligible for travel to the United States, revokes the visa of any such person already here, and provides for expedited deportation proceedings. According to the Republican’s announcement, these are the individuals that homeland security professionals have already determined based on intelligence are the most likely to be involved in terrorist activity.   At the same time, Duncan repeated his stand against taking guns away from people.
