OC gets outside help to stop phoned threats

Oconee Sheriff Mike Crenshaw said the type of telephone bomb threats that plague Seneca and surrounding area this week is the kind of threats familiar to law enforcement, and he says local and area investigators are enlisting outside help to find the perpetrator. Crenshaw today said both the state police and the FBI are helping local law enforcement put a stop to the calls and catch the caller. The calls began Monday morning and, according to Crenshaw, continued late into last night.
