Oconee’s first newborn of 2017

Six and a half hours into the year came Oconee Memorial Hospital’s first newborn of 2017.  Jaxson Looper arrived at 6:31 a.m. New Year’s Day.  He was pictured with his mom, Bethany Looper, and Elisha Jackson.
