OK sought to demolish old Seneca house

At its meeting next week, Seneca Board of Architectural Review will consider a certificate of appropriateness to allow for the demolition of a condemned house at 109 S. Oak Street. The house, which dates back to the 1870s, is now owned by the Seneca Presbyterian Church, applicant for the hearing. The board meets at 6 at City Hall Tuesday night, May 21.
