One hearing, one vote

Seneca has approved a certificate of appropriateness for re-modeling work at a doctor’s office inside the city’s historic district. After a hearing last night at City Hall, the Board of Architectural Review approved the certificate for Dr. Daniel Smith’s medical office at 106 Ramcat Alley. City planner Tamy Sanford says the certificate will allow for window work at Dr. Smith’s office which she described as wrapping the windows with an aluminum cover.
