Ordinance 2013-36

November 14, 2013

When it comes to its dealings with the Joint Regional Sewer Authority, Oconee County wants to put it in writing. At Tuesday’s County Council meeting, first reading of an ordinance is scheduled that’ll require “detailed invoices” to the county from the JRSA. According to Tuesday’s meeting agenda, the ordinance will also formally request that a County Council member and the administrator represent the county “at any and all future meetings” of the JRSA.
