Wanted man turns himself in

An early morning arrest Saturday has ended the search by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office for a man who is accused of choking and stabbing his girlfriend near Seneca. Preliminary work begins on TDC’s headquarters

Some clearing has taken place, and heavy equipment has been moved onto the property where TDC Cutting Tools plans to establish its overseas headquarters in Oconee County.
