Arrest made in theft of water heater

Oconee Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 35-year old man in Utica—charged with stealing a neighbor’s water heater. The Sheriff’s Office jailed Benjamin Thomas Price of Lonsdale Street on charges of petty larceny and burglary third degree.
