Act 98 to fund three OC road projects

Duncan revives energy bill

South Carolina’s 3rd District congressman has revived his energy bill called “EXPAND.” Jeff Duncan calls the Energy Exploration and Production to Achieve National Demand Act a jobs bill. He reintroduced the bill yesterday in Washington. Duncan says this bill would open the way for a comprehensive energy policy, which the country lacks.
