The police in Seneca obtained a warrant for the arrest of an elementary school principal. Major Jeremy Rothell say the warrant charges Idasa Cobb, Blue Ridge Elementary School principal, with the misdemeanor offense of “failure of certain persons to report child abuse or neglect.” Cobb, 41 years old, was booked at the Oconee Detention Center…

Woman in Westminster arrested on cruelty to child charges
