Clemson boil water advisory lifted

Clemson has repealed a boil water advisory that was issued Thursday for several neighborhoods at Clemson Downs and vicinity. Residents there no longer need to boil their water before using it. According to the city, samples taken were analyzed and were found to be safe.

Copper thief strikes church

May 2, 2014

Copper thieves have targeted church property near Seneca. The crime was reported yesterday at the Oconee Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church on the Rochester Highway. Pastor Robert Anderson told investigating deputy Beddingfield that someone cut the copper out of the air conditioning units. The loss was estimated at $1,500.
