Sinkhole found in northeast Georgia

A sinkhole 20-feet deep opened up this morning on a rural road in Hart County, Georgia. The Georgia DOT has announced emergency repairs are underway on SR 51—six miles north of Hartwell. For now State Route 51 is closed. A detour route will be announced.
